About this kitchen

A small-batch gluten-free patisserie with rotating seasonal cakes and a tight pastry list. Run by Eva Sweet, a former Per Se pastry sous. Every cake is custom-order or by-the-slice — and every product has a labeled allergen card on the case.

A separate, dedicated GF menu — every item is plated in our isolated GF prep area.
